KANDID Studio was founded by Mikko Peschke and Christian Schoenen with a shared belief: executive search in VC and PE environments requires more than a structured process.
It requires market insight, operational experience, and honest, senior-level advice.
Mikko Peschke
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Mikko founded his first company while studying physics at LMU Munich and successfully scaled it into an independent fashion brand. After a period in management consulting, he returned to Munich and joined the investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1, where he worked on growth-stage investments in the German market. For more than five years, Mikko has been active in executive search. At KANDID Studio, he focuses on Go-to-Market and Operations leadership roles, supporting growth and transformation-driven companies. In addition, Mikko is an active business angel and a father of two, balancing entrepreneurship, investing, and sports alongside family life.
Christian Schoenen
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Christian brings over 10 years of experience across start-ups, consulting, and corporate environments. After earning two Master’s degrees from RWTH Aachen and Tsinghua University in Beijing, he started his career at Siemens Management Consulting, gaining experience at PMI, restructuring, Corporate Venture Capital, and general strategy projects with a strong focus on renewables. He later led Strategy & Business Development for Western Europe at TÜV SÜD and played a key role in defining the company’s sales, portfolio, M&A and divestment strategy in that region. Most recently, Christian found his passion in Executive search focussing on General Management, Finance and Product, Engineering & Data roles (he built the PED practice at his previous employer as well).

Felix Goldschmid
Director
Felix started his professional journey in Berlin’s start-up landscape after his business studies, building and exiting several ventures across the MedTech, Food, and Consumer sectors — including exits to large US-corporations. Following his CEO role, he joined a Munich-based MedTech startup as CFO & COO, focusing on scaling the organization and securing its financing. At KANDID Studio, Felix leads the Finance, Legal & Regulatory, and People Practices. He partners with investors and founders to place key executives and build resilient leadership teams for VC- and PE-backed growth companies. Beyond his work at KANDID, he remains deeply embedded in the start-up ecosystem as an active Business Angel.
